No photoshop was used in the making of these images…Damien kicks it old school with real life cut & paste producing thoroughly modern imagery that looks pretty dam fresh to my eyes.
Not much is better than seeing Raquel Zimmermann flirtily prance around in new season resort wear on a location, as chosen by her, 220 miles off the coast of Brazil – particularly when you’re in the middle of a blizzard in the northern hemisphere quite far from my Sydney home.
What do you dream of falling asleep on? For me it’s soft, warm, sand (anyone noticed that you don’t just sleep on the beach you pass the heck out?). This is not a test! Italian architecture studio Stefano Boeri Architetti is responsible for the planning and construction of this amazing ‘vertical forest’ in the centre of Milan. The two residential towers will play host to 900 trees (not to mention shrubs and floral plants) which will equate to 10 000 sqm of forest. So rad.

This is gold for so many reasons; the voiceover, the sunshine, the waterskiing, t
he swimwear, the men’s ‘trunks’, Corfu, the music, a general feeling of wholesome old fashioned fun and oh did I mention the voiceover!
It only makes sense that with e-retail about to launch in the US for Zara they would make their latest range so particularly & superbly lust worthy. What a joy to see all the elements of photographer (David Sims), model (Hailey Clauson), styling and design come together for the TRF lines’ Fall 11 lookbook.
