If you saw my apartment you would understand why I am posting on this. My boyfriend is a skater and he loves skateboards. All his old boards still hang around our place, because they essentially are pieces of art. The graphics are always super rad and all the damage marks on the board tell a story of all the boardslides, noseslides or tailslides he did while using that board. What’s cool is no two boards are ever the same. When he showed me this Skate and Destroy sculpture exhibit I was amazed at how the old skateboards were transformed. They look like anything but skateboards. I just continued to look at all the different photos because they looked so rad!
