Shipping & Returns
Please note we currently ship from our HQ in Sydney on Mondays and Thursdays.
Delivery is via Express Post (with tracking) and generally takes 1-2 business days. It is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 AUD. As stated above we ship Mondays and Thursdays.
Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number, which may be tracked at www.auspost.com/track
All international shipping is processed via Australia Post. Our International shipping options are; Pack and Track, Registered Post or Express Courier. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping details, tracking number or parcel ID number.
Pack and Track is charged at $10.00 AUD. Pack & Track is only available for specific countries, if you would like to see if you are eligible for Pack & Track please view here. You can track your order at www.auspost.com/track. This service has a delivery time of 7-14 business days.
Registered Post is also $10.00 AUD and is available for all other countries. While this service has no customer tracking, it is registered so we know when it’s been delivered. This service usually takes between 7-21 business days.
Express Courier International is available for $20.00 AUD. This service delivers between major cities around the world in 2-7 business days, and includes tracking at www.auspost.com/track.
Please note that shipment to countries outside of Australia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all Import Fees.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 7 business days for your order to be delivered.
Russian/ South African customers may need more patience by reason of the local delivery system and customs.
Stock quantities are not updated in real time, and therefore occasionally an item may be sold out at time of purchase. If you purchase and item that is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care.
Your satisfaction is our highest concern. All items must be tried on wearing
undergarments and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be
accepted if removed, altered or if there are signs of wear.
Conditions of Return/Exchange:
You may return any full price item for an exchange within 7 days of
the date of delivery. Items not received within the 7 day period will not be accepted.

us of your return and reason. At this time, also quote your invoice number and date.
Due to the select nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the availability of
merchandise for exchange.
Please enclose you receipt with your item. Once the items have
been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either
receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding
original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will
receive email notification of this.
However, your postage is not refunded. Return postage costs are your responsibility

We do deliver to Businesses throughout Australia, and we do deliver to PO boxes though Australia Post is the only method available for this. Please provide us with the best daytime delivery address for your order. This address cannot be changed once the item has been dispatched.
If your package is taking longer than you expect, please email us straight away at email@example.com will endeavour to track down your package for you.
Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 7-day period from date of delivery. No refunds/ exchanges are given on sale items.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7-day period and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty
