Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 10-day period from date of delivery. No exchange on sale items.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 7-day period and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.

We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Return. Exchange.

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. Your satisfaction is our highest concern. All items must be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed, altered or if there are signs of wear.

Conditions of Return/Exchange:

You may return any purchased item for an exchange within 10 days of the date of delivery. Items not received within the 10 day period will not be accepted. Items may only be changed in size.

Please contact us at the following email address shop@wearehandsome.com to notify us of your return and reason, requesting an RA number. At this time, also quote your invoice number and date. Due to the select nature of our product, we can not guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchange.

Returning Goods: Please enclose you receipt with your RA number noted. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.

Shipping is available to customers worldwide. We currently ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We charge AUD $5 for shipping within Australia and AUD $10 for international. Please see our 'shipping page' for more information.

Australia

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post's Parcel Post Plus sevice. We charge a flat rate of AUD$5.00 for all Australian shipments. In most cases orders will be received within 1-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer. Lost and stolen postage is not covered by insurance. Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number which may be tracked at www.auspost.com/track

New Zealand

Orders for New Zealand are shipped via Registered Post International. We charge a flat rate of AUD$15.00. Goods will usually arrive within 3 - 10 working days from posting.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours each Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next delivery day.

We often have stock coming in and out, if you're after a particular piece, keep checking and you might get lucky.

3. How much is shipping and how long will it take to get my order?
We ship from the WAH HQ in Sydney every Monday and Thursday.

Australia: Express Post for $5 usually 1-2 days

International: $10 for Pack and Track or Registered usually 7-14 days

$20 for Express Courier usually within 5 days

4. What if I change my mind, or it's the wrong size?
If you wish to return an item, you must email shop@wearehandsome.com within 10 days of receiving your order for authorisation of your return.

Items purchased at full price can be returned for exchange or refund.

Items bought on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds will be given on sale items.
